Request deletion of your Ultrameters account and associated personal data.
Delete account
Email us from your registered address, or call support if your account has no email. Give your account identifier and the meter serial number if relevant. Do not send your password, payment-card details or identity documents unless support arranges a necessary secure verification step. We will verify ownership and explain the deletion process and expected completion time.
Deleting an app account does not automatically terminate a utility contract or remove legally required billing and meter records. We will explain which records, if any, must remain and why.
